EuChemS Division of Organic Chemistry Young Investigator Award

EuCheMS Division of Organic Chemistry “Young Investigator Award” aims at recognizing the scientific contribution of the most promising European Organic Chemist under the age of 40, and is sponsored by the European Journal of Organic Chemistry. The winner is selected by an international panel from the pool of participants of the Young Investigator Workshop, the flagship annual event of EuCheMS Division of Organic Chemistry, which with a small number of attendees, ensures the highest quality output as well as interactive exchanges between participants.

The 2023 edition of the Young Investigator Workshop will be organised just before ESOC on July 7 and 8, 2023. More information will be published here as soon as available.

Young Investigator Award 2021-2022

Dr. Mónica Pérez-Temprano (Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ), Catalonia, Spain) for her contribution to the U3D goal (Understand, Discover, Design and Develop), novel and more efficient transition metal-catalyzed reactions.

Professor Anat Milo (Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israel) for her development of experimental, computational, and statistical strategies to identify design principles behind molecular functionality, reactivity, and selectivity.
